Start trading abroad with FCO document legalisation
As a non-UK resident setting up a limited company in the UK, you may need to have your company formation documents legalised by the Foreign & Commonwealth Office (FCO) before they can be used overseas.
Document legalisation by the FCO is often required if you want to open a business bank account overseas or start trading outside the UK.
We can arrange to legalise various company documents including the Certificate of Incorporation, Memorandum & Articles of Association, IN01 Form from Companies House and the Certificate of Good Standing *.
* Additional documents can be apostilled on request.
