The short answer to this question is ‘no’. It is impossible to convert an existing limited company to an LLP. Both are different in internal structures and taxation requirements. If, for some reason you want to change your business into an LLP, you will have to first dissolve your existing company and register your business as a Limited Liability Partnership.
